• Reviewing a book on the ASVAB test for Random House/Princeton Review Publishing;
• Assisting a team at Dartmouth College to obtain funding from the Department of Defense;
• Counseling the United States Marine Corps on the potential for growth in its university system;
• Lobbying the Department of Veteran Affairs to implement educational counseling services;
• Developing materials and seminars designed to help several highly selective business schools—including the Johnson School at Cornell—to recruit military students;
• Helping the 108th Army Reserve Division to promote higher education among its soldiers;
• Discussing higher education counseling systems with the Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support (DANTES);
• Working with policy makers for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on education benefits for veterans;
• Recommending strategies to Valley Forge Military Academy and College that would boost its academic reputation and raise enrollment; and
• Providing assistance, advice, and counseling on many other projects for various organizations.
