Sean-Michael Green is an author, consultant, and speaker on topics in higher education, the military, and management.

Sean-Michael served more than 10 years in the United States Marine Corps and Reserve. He served four years on Active Duty as an Infantryman, earning a variety of meritorious promotions, citations, and awards. After separating from Active Duty, he entered the Selected Marine Corps Reserve, where he retrained in the Military Police field and served an additional six years.

As a civilian, Sean-Michael has more than 12 years of management experience. During that time, he has worked with publicly traded companies, served on Boards of Directors, and created successful enterprises. He has worked as a Project Manager, a Government Relations Manager, a business owner, a Chief Executive Officer, and an attorney. Most significantly, Sean-Michael has an established track record as a successful entrepreneur.

Higher education is a passion for Sean-Michael. He left high school with very poor grades and began college as a 22 year-old veteran at a community college. He went on to earn a variety of honors, including membership in Phi Beta Kappa. Sean-Michael has studied at some of the most selective schools in the world, and he has earned advanced degrees at Cornell University and the University of Pennsylvania.

Today, Sean-Michael works with companies, universities, military units, and governmental bodies; he writes profusely on topics in higher education and the military; and he volunteers his time and abilities in his community.
